Boy's Archery Monthly Program

DESCRIPTION

We provide challenges for all archers, beginner to advanced

Shoot a longbow safely and instinctively

• Hone marksmanship and accuracy with stationary & moving targets

• Practice in community with instructors & other youth

• Play exciting action games with safe, foam-padded arrows

• Listen to engaging stories of archery history and lore

• Develop Forest Wisdom through the eyes of the tracker & scout

• Experience the teachings of the Heartful Hunter and the Peaceful Warrior

DETAILS

• BOYS Aged 8-14, with limited spots open for teen mentors-in-training

• COST $360 (sibling discount – 25% off)

• Rent a high-quality longbow from us for $90 for the year

• Limited scholarships available

DESCRIPTION

• All skill levels welcome!

• Shoot a longbow safely and instinctively

• Practical outdoor skills like fire and shelter

• Play exciting games with safe foam-padded arrows

• Explore the forest and the farm

• Develop Forest Wisdom through the eyes of the tracker & scout

• Girls' group builds confidence and teamwork

• Instructors Senia and Alexia have years of outdoor experience

DETAILS

• AGES 8-14

• COST $360 (sibling discount – 25% off)

• Rent a high-quality longbow from us for $90 for the year

• Practice hands-on wilderness survival and homestead skills like making fire,          building shelter, & gathering and preserving food

• Hand-make your own cool crafts

• Develop local naturalist knowledge

• Play games and have fun

• Co-operate in Community

• Observe the lessons of the seasons

• Learn from awesome instructors in a small group mentoring setting

• AGES 7-14 with limited spots for teen mentors-in-training

Mentoring for boys

DESCRIPTION

• Experience small group mentoring with skilled instructors

• Get outside and be nature connected with forest adventures, fire-making and other wilderness skills

• Learn archery: shoot bows and arrows at targets and at each other with safe foam-padded arrows

• Design and build interesting structures, learn tool use through hands-on projects

• Develop communication and social skills through shared work

• Choose your own passions and structure your own learning journey

• Classes run every other Monday from 9 am - 3 pm
